Elif Sevüktekin

Born in Istanbul in 1981, Attorney Elif Sevüktekin graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2004. She completed her LL.M. in International Commercial Law at the University of Leicester and, upon returning to Türkiye, began her professional career in Istanbul.

She specializes in Defense Industry, Aviation Law & Air Accidents, Energy Law, Public-Private Partnerships, and Mergers & Acquisitions, representing clients in international arbitration proceedings in these fields. She is experienced in reviewing and drafting contracts for domestic and foreign companies, providing corporate legal consultancy, and handling commercial litigation. Since 2007, she has served as a Board Member at the Istanbul Bar Association’s Foreign Relations Center, and between 2015–2018, she lectured on Real Estate Law to final-year architecture students at Istanbul Kültür University’s Faculty of Engineering.

She has published a book on Business Life and Law within the scope of the Family Education Program (AEP) of the Ministry of Family and Social Policies. She continues to contribute to the profession by sharing her expertise as a panelist, participant, and organizer in various professional events.
