Mergers and Acquisitions Seminar: Istanbul Bar Association and IBA Collaboration

The seminar featured expert discussions on mergers and acquisitions practices in both Türkiye and Europe.

Being a member of both the Istanbul Bar Association and the International Bar Association (IBA), Sevüktekin participated as a speaker in the co-hosted seminar on “Mergers & Acquisitions”.

The morning session addressed Private M&A and M&A transactions in listed companies, with insights into practices in Türkiye and Europe. The panel featured Felix R. Ehrat (IBA European Forum Advisory Board), Rabbe Sittnikow (Deputy Secretary, IBA M&A Committee), Freek Jonkhart (Vice-Chair, IBA European Forum), Attorney Elif Sevüktekin (Executive Board Member, Istanbul Bar Association Foreign Relations Center), Attorney Ceren Su (Member, Istanbul Bar Association Foreign Relations Center), and Attorney Mehmet Uğurlu (IBA Representative, Istanbul Bar Association Foreign Relations Center).
