Privacy Policy and Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (“Information Notice”) has been issued by ‘Sevüktekin Law’ in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). It provides information to clients, potential clients, business partners, and other third parties (“Data Subjects”) who in any way visit the website www.sevuktekinlaw.com, regarding the protection of their personal data and the safeguarding of data privacy and security, where Sevüktekin Law acts as the Data Controller. This Information Notice has been prepared to be read by Data Subjects prior to use and application.
This Information Notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), regarding the personal data collected, stored, and processed by Sevüktekin Law in its capacity as ‘Data Controller,’ within the scope of the ‘Obligation of the Data Controller to Inform’ under Article 10 of the GDPR.

Your personal data is processed within the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy and the Individual/Corporate Membership Agreement, in accordance with the purposes specified under the relevant Law.
Personal data is used by Sevüktekin Law for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work to enable you to benefit from legal services and activities; offering the services and activities provided by Attorney Elif Sevüktekin in a manner customized according to your preferences, usage, and needs; ensuring the provision of necessary technical support and quality in line with your requests; enabling fast and seamless sharing by linking the website with social networks; responding to all questions and complaints regarding our services and activities; taking all necessary technical and administrative measures within the scope of data security; providing the required information to regulatory and supervisory authorities and official bodies in line with their requests and audits; and conducting administrative operations related to all these processes.
Where Are Data Stored and Processed?
The personal data we obtain may be stored and processed within Türkiye or abroad, in another country where Sevüktekin Law or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers with whom it cooperates have facilities.
Personal data collected under this Privacy Policy shall be processed in accordance with the provisions herein, as well as the legislation in force in the country where the data are stored and processed, and within the scope of prescribed security measures.

Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), everyone has the right to apply to the Data Controller and to request the following:

In the event of a written application to Sevüktekin Law on this matter, a response shall be provided within no later than 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request.
